Neil Huffaker is a proud San Diego family man.  He grew up playing with RC planes and working on cars in Los Angeles CA.  Graduating Van Nuys HS in 1993 he moved to San Diego to study Physics and discover the beach.   He graduated in 1997 from UCSD with a B.A. degree in Visual Arts and a minor in Physics and a minor in Communication.

He launched Mad Master Imaging in 1997 as an online finish editing professional.  As the industry moved away from large hardware and into software based nonlinear editing (Avid, FCP, After Effects) he followed.  After 8 years of editing and building graphics for San Diego’s media hub of companies in Kearny Villa, Neil moved to north county to start a family.

He began working for Digital OutPost in 2005, and has been proudly serving as their Senior Editor/ArtDirector for almost 10 years.  Neil and the team at dOP.com have created dozens of Telly and Aurora award winning shows for the CA POST Law-Enforcement Training Series and various branches of the military.  He is proud to venture out of the box and bring a new angle to your production.
